Do you bulk bill?

Yes. Griffin Medical Centre bulk bills all patients with a valid Medicare card for standard GP consultations. Some procedures may incur an additional fee — our reception team will let you know in advance.
How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through HotDoc, or call our reception team on 07 3465 0660. New patients are warmly welcomed.
What are your opening hours?

We are open 6 days a week. Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm, with Saturday hours available. Please call to confirm weekend availability.
Do you have female and male GPs?

Yes. Our team includes both female and male GPs so you can choose the doctor you feel most comfortable with.
Is pathology available on-site?

Yes. 4Cyte Pathology operates on-site Monday to Friday, 8 am – 3 pm — no separate trip required.
What allied health services do you offer?

We host a range of allied health professionals alongside our GPs, so most of your care can happen under one roof. Contact us for current providers and availability.
Are walk-ins accepted?

We strongly recommend booking ahead to minimise waiting. If you have an urgent concern, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What is your DNA (Did Not Attend) policy?

Three missed appointments will incur a $90.00 fee, payable before your next booking. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
